Pre-start checks and services can be linked to the service calendar in the Maintenance Management add-on for easy reference to pending and completed services. All the data collected within the system pre-populates the quarterly compliance reports. The system can operate with both accredited equipment (i.e. trucks and trailers) and equipment that isn’t accredited (i.e. tractors, light vehicles, logging equipment) with only the accredited equipment populating your quarterly compliance reports.

No, but we do have a selection of checklists available for some industries to get you started. These checklists can be shared to your account and then you can use as is, edit to better suit your particular needs, or just use as samples to create your own checklists. We can also walk you through the process of creating checklists to suit your needs. You can also share checklists between Kiri Align accounts.

Physically creating a checklist within the system is as easy as creating a basic “Word” document.Our documentation can support you to do this in easy steps or one of our customer service team can guide you through it.

Yes. Access to reliable phone service outside of metro areas is still a known issue for many regional operators. Users can still use Kiri Align when outside of phone service and the system will then upload data when back online.
